1. I state that Iam the Petitioner herein and as such I am well acquainted with the facts of the case.

I state that the present W.P is being filed seeking a permanent injunction to restrain the respondents from infringing the Petitioner exclusive copyright in respect of business SUBJECT, by exploitation/utilization of the said works on the respondents website which is known as ONDC as well as by way of planning to launch the same subject throughout the world.
3. I state that the Petitioner , Mr Venkat R.M.Y., is a popular writer who had published various popular novels name SEIZE-5, JESUS RETURNS , END OF EVIL ( to identify terrorists with BIOMETRICS , UID,ETC ) , KILL THE CRIME, MASTER GOD , THE WORLD IS MINE ETC The Petitioner is a social worker also. The Petitioner also actively participated in the protests organized by the farmers of In Gaziabad in 2021 and assured farmers not to commit suicides exhibiting his File of Venkat.r.m.y. and 2DARY MART. EXHIBIT -1 , 2 , 3.
4. I state that the Petitioner acquired copyrights in its copyright works the literary business SUBJECT by registering the literary business SUBJECT methodology during 2014 as FILE OF VENKAT.R.M.Y. with the Protect Rite organization authorized by the USA, vide registration numbers R692-17440, and in the USA Copyright office in 2020 as 2dary Mart registration number TXu 2-193-932. During 2014 when 4500 to 6000 farmers were committing suicides he worried about them and penned and copyrighted to save not only farmers but also small sellers.
5. I state that the petitioner copy right works comprise of a sustainable business SUBJECT . The primary aim behind creating a sustainable business is to help consumers as well as suppliers specifically farmers to earn the most profit out of the transaction between them by removing the Middleman which is attained by coming up with a “Virtual Common Platform”. Furthermore, this SUBJECT methodology will also help to prevent farmers’ suicide. The Copyrights help every Farmer , seller , producer to sell at his desired price, desired quantity, at any time , to anyone , to anywhere in the world. Similarly any buyer can purchase any thing, any quantity,at any price, at any time, anywhere from the World and further registered credit methods , delivery methods, precautions etc .
1) As per the business SUBJECT methodology, the Petitioner had copyrighted and created a “Common Virtual Platform” where everyone, whether it be a seller or a buyer, could make a transaction.
The unique features of this common virtual platform will be-
2) This platform will directly link the buyer to the seller of the product;
3) This platform will eliminate the involvement of third-party as well as their commission.
For this reason, the profit will be higher for suppliers (farmers or other kinds of suppliers) and the product will be inexpensive for consumers;
4) This platform, unlike D-mart, Reliance fresh etc will promote the secondary brand also along with primary brands ,products, which are as good in quality as premium brands but are less expensive as premium brands displaying the prices of all sellers of similar products also on one platform for the buyer to cross check easily and purchase as he likes. The Petitioner also actively participated in the protests organized by the farmers of In Gaziabad in 2021 gave speech assuring farmers of profits and not to commit suicides evidence enclosed later on 17, 18 Jan 2021 emailed his subject to the HON INDIAN PRIME MINISTER NARENDRA MODI TO SAVE FARMERS. 6. I state that the Respondent No.2, Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), is a company of the respondents is in the early stage of formation. The respondents has been incorporated in 31st December 2021 with the Quality Council of India and Protean Gov. Technologies Limited as initial promoters. ONDC STRATEGY EXHIBIT-4.
7. I state that the Petitioner In Oct 2022, was surfing the YouTube website for personal use. Suddenly a link popped up, and the Petitioner opened that link. This particular link redirected him to the ONDC platform. The Petitioner found this website fascinating, and as a result, the Petitioner researched it. The Petitioner was shocked to find out that it was his business copyrighted subject methodology that the respondents was aiming to launch throughout the world.
But he was shocked to see it INFRINGED by ONDC by the government of India just during October 2022. The petitioner herewith submits a LIVE VIDEO EVIDENCE OF NANDAN NILEKANI EXPLANATION OF ONDC which is NOTHING BUT INFRINGEMENT OF 2014 COPYRIGHTED IN PROTECTRITE by the petitioner as FILE OF VENKAT RMY which includes FARM FRIENDS, MATERIAL BANK, ROOFRACKS, I WANT NOW etc The appellant later in 2020 COPYRIGHTED 2dary Mart in USA Copyright office modified and developed subject surprisingly even this Copyrighted 2dary Mart also was INFRINGED by the government of India through ONDC , Guarav Jain, NandanNilekani as stated below.

Flipcart and Amazon are controlling almost 50 percent Ecommerce. In India. Food zomato, swiggy are doing monopoly. India is kirana oriented economy and they are all not connected to Ecommerce platform if visibility is given to them and their products for them government has thought of ONDC Working for the past one year and now 29th April 2022 was launched in few cities they want to provide a uniform platform in which all these Amazon, Flipcart, zomato, swiggyetc all these and even small players small Ecommerce platforms small kirana stores even get equal visibility. This is government of India initiative in which who should work

So where ever i want to buy flipcart Or Amazon or wherever I want to buy etc government is trying and started a pilot recently in 5 cities by august 2022 planning to launch in 100 cities.
Chart has buyers and sellers. Amazon, flipcart all are connected. One buyer application and one seller application exist. In return all are connected. If one searches for laptop so that thing will not only visible on flipcart but also on Amazon and rest all Ecommerce websites Ecommerce platforms. This is interesting. Small kirana seller, small laptop seller gets greater visibility. Taken from ONDC white paper.
Patel is small kirana merchant vidhi is ordering Aashirvaadatta. ONDC will make visible wherever aashirvaadatta is available.
It will show price also. Vidhi can choose what ever platform she wants wherever she wants.
No partiality. All get equal visibility. Existing folks like Amazon etc also get benefit. Selling only Amazon only beneficial are reduced here. All get equal benefits. This is what government is trying to develop. Ecommerce billions of business. Sellers and buyers get better Discoverability. Autonomy exists low cost for business. Smaller seller very beneficial for buyers more better choices pricing discovery. More competition. Price discovery turns better. Overall beneficial to all. Monopoly of few customers will go down.
How this platform will run some take 3 or 7 years. Will adoption be possible or not we have to see.
Aadhaar card option has turned Amazing but it took lot of time 6 – 7 years.
Will this reach that level or not. Will this reach that level scalability.

The petitioner further submits that he has specified Credit marketing, Delivery methods also in his Copyrighted subjects briefly which were infringed and elaborated by the infringer ONDC .
The petitioner further submits that he has specified many PRECAUTIONS which were all ignored by the infringer ONDC.
All these statements by the NandanNilekani clearly established that The petitioner’s File of venkat RMY, 2dary Mart were Completely infringed by ONDC by the government of India through nandanNilekani.
8. I state that the similarities between the Petitioner business methodology and the defendant’s ONDC platform are given below in tabular form-

The Petitioner further submits “ uEngage “ website presentation of ONDC which is nothing but complete infringement of the petitioners copyrighted copyrights. EXHIBIT -7.
9. I state that the respondent No.2 by way of the ONDC website published the Petitioner copyrighted works and is continuously communicating the petitioner copyrighted works to the public. The Respondent No. 2 is also planning to launch the Petitioner copy righted works (business methodology) throughout the world. This act of the respondent No. 2 of communicating to the public and the intention to launch it throughout the world without any authorization of the Petitioner amounts to infringement of the Petitioner copyrighted works. The Petitioner is filing its copyright works as well as the document of an overview of ONDC for the convenience of the court.
10. I state that That the cause of action first arose on 31ST Dec 2021 , when the petitioner came across the illegal exploitation during oct 2022 by the respondent including but not limited to communicating to the public of the Petitioner Copyright Works by way of the ONDC website. The Petitioner further submits that he was careful enough to register in 2dary Mart “ the value of the business methodology is a TRILLION UK POUNDS as on 2020 and is subject to increase “. EXHIBIT-8

Copyright is regarded as a means of incentivizing the creation of new works and as a source of dissemination of work. While, on the other hand, the human rights framework of intellectual property in the UDHR and ICESCR aims to offer individuals, the well-merited protection of their moral and material interests in their intellectual creations. Article 27(2) of the UDHR recognizes everyone’s right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author. Dichotomy of rights in Article 27 portrays internal conflict between access to benefits of arts and scientific advancements and moral and material interests. Article 15(1)(c) of the ICESCR also requires each state party of the Covenant to recognize the right of everyone to benefit from the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production.
The infringer ONDC under government of the INDIA have infringed the copyrights of the complainant and have issued all powers to private / corporate organizations AS ONDC who minted millions to billions of dollars turning country into financial turmoil in the guise of benefits Hence the infringers are punishable for the various violations of HUMAN RIGHTS OF NOT ONLY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER but also violated of all the Indian farmers and every citizen of india. The infringers are liable for all the suicides of farmers committed from the time of infringement. i.e. 32 deaths of farmers every hour in india.Hence punishable under violations of HUMAN RIGHTS..
11. In the circumstances stated above, the Petitioner has no efficacious alternative remedy except to seek the redressal before this Hon’ble COMMISSION seeking the indulgence of this Hon’ble COMMISSION to exercise the extraordinary original jurisdiction vested in this Hon’ble COMMISSION by virtue of Article 226 of the Constitution of India 32.
12. I state that the infringers are responsible for every suicide of every farmer in every hour across India and the world during 2023 the infringers are responsible and are liable to be punished by the hon Court.

Hence, the Hon’ble COMMISSION may be pleased to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents by taking action under which all are serious crimes punishable under COPYRIGHT ACT OF 1957 SECTIONS 63, 67,68, 69, IT ACT of 2000 section 63 ETC IPC 420 , 468, 120 B , ETC not to use the petitioners Copy Rights namely protectrite Registered on 12-04-2004 bearing Registration No. #:692-17440 and 2dary Mart USA Copyright office in 2020 TXu 2-193-932, and VIOLATED ALL THE HUMAN RIGHTS in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble COMMISSION may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
13. It is also just and necessary that the Hon’ble COMMISSION may be pleased to direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate Criminal action against the respondent No. 2 for infringement of petitioners copy rights Works to the public on the respondents ONDC Platform, STOP immediately the infringement usage of the complainant copyrights by the second infringer who VIOLATED ALL THE HUMAN RIGHTS and all other means, HENCE PUNISHABLE in the interest of justice and save all the farmers and consumers human rights expeditiously.

With referance to the above cases of mine the lawlessness of indian judiciary has reached its peaks because of which more than 300 billion dollars were misused , hunders of people were killed in AADHAAR infringement by the INDIAN GOVERNMENT COPYRIGHED BYME.
Similarly FARM FRIENDS WRITTEN AND COPYRIGHTED by me was infringed by the government of india as ONDC becasuse of which millions of indian farmers suffered and more than 800 farmers were killed.
as these subjects are internationally useful and these save farmers from losses , save general citizens globally from terrorists humbly request your good organization to justify expeditiously.
