E. pin to elephant to all involved in film business who are registered with M 3. Tender as per the requirement from regional language to state , national, international wise.
24 CRAFTS ) All 24 crafts quote their best price, time schedule, conditions etc and submit toM3.
M 3) M 3 passes as it is all the tenders of 24 crafts to producers.
PRODUCERS) Producer once he receives all the tenders of all the 24 crafts selects as he likes.

Rs 1000/- for those with payment less than rupees ten thousand per movie.
Rs 5000/- for those with payment less than rupees Twenty five thousand per movie.
Rs 25000/- for all those with payment more than Rupees twenty five thousand per movie.
